Majestic Sun Unit A1101

This 11th floor 3BR corner unit is owned by the Crosby Family and is only used by family and friends...and friends recommended by friends! This condo has fabulous views of the emerald coast from this easternmost corner of Majestic Sun. This condo is across the street from the beach, but the views are beautiful and basically unobstructed. We like the eastern corner, because the balcony is partially shaded from the hot afternoon sun, and the sunrise view is sensational! You can see the beautiful sunsets from the balcony rail. Originally built in 2001, this condo was almost totally renovated, except for the 2nd and 3rd bathroom tubs, in spring of 2023. The sofa is huge and FUN, with every section reclining with the ease of pressing a button. This unit is not huge for a 3BR (1525+- sq ft), but it is our favorite condo layout! Once you are out of your bedroom, you are INCLUDED…whether in the kitchen, at the table, on the sofa, or out on the balcony. This unit is for folks who like to be together and be close! Candie loves working on a puzzle, while others are visiting, working in the kitchen, watching a movie, reading, or playing games. Everyone is together! See pics for all the details.

This unit has 3BR, 3BA, full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony. Note: we do NOT allow sleeping on the sofa! (Obviously, this doesn't include an awesome afternoon power nap). Nor do we allow blow-up or portable mattresses. If you can’t sleep everyone in a bed, please look elsewhere. This is an 8-person max unit.

The Majestic Sun pool is indoor/outdoor heated pool! Hot tub too! There is a fitness center. Majestic Sun is ACROSS THE STREET from the beach. Majestic Sun is actually closer to the beach, according to Google Maps, than many "beachfront" condos that are set farther back, like when you have a long board walk across sand dunes, etc. The Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape community, which provides amenities, and is also extensive....which means that this place can get crowded. You may have to wait a few minutes on one of the several elevators. If you are able, take the stairs once a day and it will be good for you! During the summer this beach gets crowded and fun! Al loves the energy of all the people and kids playing. If you are looking for a quiet and secluded beach, this area is probably not for you. Also, the Majestic pool gets crowded! However, Majestic guests can use several other Seascape pools. Just wear your wrist band!

Majestic Sun features double towers that are interconnected as one at the top with a soaring arch that goes right through the middle of its center. It is an architectural masterpiece and a local icon. The sugar white beach extends for miles, and we encourage a lot of walking on these white sands. We LOVE talking long walks up and down the beach from Majestic Sun! We love this location in Miramar Beach. Restaurants, golfing, miniature golf, and theatres are close by. Oh, and so is shopping at the nation’s largest designer outlet mall known as Silver Sands, and family entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf or Grand Boulevard in nearby Sandestin. Plus all kinds of other stuff...fishing, go-carts, water parks, dolphin cruises, etc.

The Majestic Sun area is NOT a super ritzy area. If you enjoy more ritz, look down in Sandestin or 30A…there are wonderful accommodations there and we love them, too. This condo is very nice, the beach is beautiful, and the emerald coast is absolutely mesmerizing on the right days. And when you are on this 11th floor balcony with a cup of coffee, gazing out over the gulf…you will feel like the Lord is right there with you…because he will be.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November through March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October through April.
*2 umbrellas and 8 beach chairs are in the laundry room closet for your enjoyment.
*Games/puzzles/balls/binoculars found in big room cabinet and master closet are for your enjoyment.
